VRNT - cognifisense

CognifiSense is a Silicon Valley startup that uses Virtual Reality as a tool for pain relief and therapy. As one of two VR developers/designers, we would work directly with clients to simulate and illustrate their chronic and acute pain in order to alleviate it with our application, VRNT. I also worked to reduce motion sickness in a previously developed app for distraction therapy, titled Bananaland. 

My Responsibilities Included:

  • VR Interaction design and implementation (Unity, C#, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, GearVR)

  • UI mockups and menu design

  • Designing experiences for older adults with little to no experience with gaming/controllers

  • Website design using HTML5, Javascript, CSS
